The “Clan” Lore Skill
This skill is an understanding of the feelings and attitudes of the Clan as well as the organization of it’s families, daimyo, and trivia of it’s holidays, schools , provinces, towns, etc. A character is considered to have the equivalent of his school rank in this skill for his own clan if the character hasn’t specifically taken the skill. This equivalence does not count as the actual skill, nor does it grant the character any insight points. True ronin receive the same benefit, but in the form of the ronin lore skill. Likewise naga and monk characters receive naga lore or monk lore.
New Lore Skills
Bushi Lore
This skill gives the character a working knowledge of the schools and reputations of members of the bushi profession.
Geography :LeLudwig:
The character is knowledgeable about the terrain and physical features of Rokugan, as well as standard map symbols.
Yurei Lore
The character has knowledge of the ghosts and other restless spirits that infest the Emerald Empire. This does not particularly overlap Shadowlands Lore, as there are numerous malignant spirits that do not bear the taint.

Yadome-jutsu (Lions only) (Reflexes)
This is a secret technique of the warriors of the Lion Clan which allows the bushi to attack arrows and other small weapons before they can strike the character. This skill is required to use the Arrow Cutting maneuver in combat.
